Dog friendly accommodation
2024/25 OFFER – Dogs stay for FREE*
(*Applies to winter holidays taken between November 2024 and March 2025. Discount automatically applied when booking.)
Your winter break wouldn’t be the same without the dog – so bring them too! All our self catering accommodation is dog friendly, accepting up to 2 dogs per property at an additional cost.
They can make use of the dog exercise field on site, which now features an agility course, as well as the many walks from your front door. Or jump in the car and enjoy the relaxed dog restrictions on our Cornish beaches throughout winter. Read our blog on holidays with your dog in St Ives for some more ideas on doggy days out.
Luxury self catering accommodation
Our winter breaks can be enjoyed across both our stylish apartments and newly renovated cottages.
The Kerenza and Demelza apartments sleep up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, plus an infant in a cot. If there’s a few more of you to accommodate, take a look at Senara and Morwenna, which sleep up to 6. Not only can larger families enjoy these cottages, but they also boast a hot tub in their own private gardens. Senara is a single-storey cottage that features three bedrooms and two bathrooms whilst Morwenna is a two-storey cottage with two en-suite bedrooms.
For electric car owners, all four of our properties feature a 7kW charging socket – a rarity among St Ives holiday homes.
The advantage of our St Ives accommodation is that it’s not right in the centre of town. We’re located in Halestown, 1 mile away, giving you private space to have a secluded stay – plus plenty of parking! You then have the option to venture into the town, should you wish to, as well as enjoy everything else West Cornwall has to offer.
But really, we wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t leave your accommodation at all!
Our properties were designed with comfort and practicality in mind – a home from home. Plus some top notch technology to take advantage of.
For example, the kitchen, dining and living space is all open plan in our apartments and cottages so that cooking, eating and playing games can be enjoyed all together.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs fitted, so you can watch Netflix from the comfort of your bed – perfect for lazy mornings all snuggled up.
You’ll find Amazon Alexa’s across each property and Bluetooth speakers to stream your favourite tunes in the bathrooms whilst soaking in the bath.
Don’t worry about packing all the essentials, we’ll provide the basics to get you started; washing up liquid, tea towels, dish brush, dishwashing tablets and Fairy Non Bio washing detergent pods.
And why not consider a supermarket food delivery to save you the hassle of doing a food shop when you arrive. We can also provide some menus for local takeaways so you can take a break from the cooking.

The Cornish fresh air
Our winter breaks, whether they be 3, 4 or 7 nights, are a great opportunity for a change of scenery.
Not just within the comforts of our accommodation, but the beautiful outdoors Cornwall has to offer.
Head to Gwithian for miles of golden sand on low tide, Marazion to see the famous St Michaels Mount across the water and more locally, Porthmeor for a spot of wave watching on a stormy day.
Be sure to pack your layers, hat, gloves and walking boots and hit The South West Coast Path or one of the many beaches for brisk walks with stunning views. There is also plenty of woodland to explore too, from Tehidy Woods to Millemium Woods, which also enable you to stay safe whilst exercising outdoors. And closeby, walk to Knills Monument for far reaching views across the countryside and out to the Atlantic coast – a perfect spot to see sunrise or sunset on a clear day.
Step outside and explore West Cornwall
