Our beautifully appointed self-catering apartments and cottages offer the perfect on-site accommodation for couples planning their special day at Polmanter.

When you book your wedding with us, we’ll provisionally hold all available properties, allowing you to choose your preferred stay. Family and friends can enjoy preferential rates and flexible stay lengths.

Nestled within walking distance of the venue, each property combines modern comfort with Cornish charm—ideal for relaxing before the big day, hosting close family, or extending your celebrations.

For guests who have their own campervans or caravans, we also offer fully serviced hard-standing pitches on site – allowing more of your guests to stay close to the action and not miss a minute! We can also recommend luxury van and glamping tent suppliers who can set everything up on site ahead of your guests’ arrival—so all they need to do is turn up and enjoy the celebration.

Our two hot-tub cottages, Senara and Morwenna (each sleeps 6 guests) and two luxury apartments Kerenza and Demelza (each sleeps 4 plus an infant in a cot) provide

If you’re looking for dog-friendly self-catering accommodation in St Ives, your pet will be delighted to know they’re welcome to stay in all our properties – we welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs, (a charge per dog applies).

Senara

We’re excited to share this sophisticated cottage with you – the most recent addition to our self catered portfolio, following our biggest property renovation project yet.
Situated in the heart of the site, the property has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people (plus an infant in a cot) and 2 bathrooms. The living area offers an open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner, and outside the courtyard garden has a BBQ area and hot tub*. (*Additional charge applies)

Morwenna

Morwenna is a stunning two-storey, cosy cottage that sleeps up to 6 people (or 5 plus an infant in a cot).
You’ll find an open plan kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor and two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor with beautiful countryside views. It also includes a hot tub* and fire pit in the private landscaped garden for that extra treat. (*Additional charge applies)

Kerenza

Two-bedroomed apartment, Kerenza offers a luxurious stay for up to 4 people (plus an infant in a cot). It’s open-plan living space and stunning views out to sea makes it the perfect getaway to St Ives. Sit outside and enjoy the private garden for a well deserved refreshment after long days at the beach.

Demelza

The second of our two-bedroomed apartments, Demelza, was designed with accessibility in mind for up to 4 people (plus an infant in a cot). Along with the same luxurious living space as Kerenza, this apartment also features an M2 accessible bathroom for guests with mobility issues (please contact us to discuss your requirements).
