Our recent reception and shop redevelopment gave us the opportunity to create these two beautiful new apartments. Above the reception but reached through private, external entrances, Kerenza and Demelza provide high-quality two-bedroomed accommodation, with stylish contemporary décor, far-reaching views, and private outdoor spaces.
During the peak season, guests at Polmanter’s apartments can enjoy the facilities of the award-winning touring park. Make a splash in the swimming pool, spend an evening in the Stable Bar, or relax in Escape spa. If you’re here when the park is closed (November – March), you’ll have all the benefits of a holiday in peaceful, rural surroundings.
Both apartments have ramped access and designated parking spaces. Demelza has additional accessible features, including an adapted bathroom for guests with mobility issues (M2 accessibility – please contact us to discuss your requirements).
If you’re looking for dog-friendly self-catering accommodation in St Ives, your pet will be delighted to know they’re welcome to stay – we can accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs in each apartment (charge of £35 per dog, per week applies).

Kerenza
Two-bedroomed apartment Kerenza has everything you need for a wonderful self-catering holiday in St Ives – including your own lovely, private garden.
The master bedroom has a luxurious Hypnos kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a superking. There’s also space for a cot – please let us know if you need one.
The kitchen area and master bedroom have views across the fields to the sea, and the floor-length window in the living room has a stunning view of Knill’s Monument and the Atlantic.
The open-plan living room has a 43” Samsung Smart TV and comfy sofas for cosy evenings in. Pick up some delicious local produce, and have fun preparing it in your well-equipped kitchen.
Unwind in the freestanding bath with a (Cornish) gin and tonic, while the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom streams your favourite music. Bliss.
Kerenza also has:
- A contemporary-style kitchen with oven and hob, freestanding fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher
- DVD player and Wii console in the living room
- Samsung wall-mounted Smart televisions in both bedrooms
- Bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower

Demelza
Demelza is a two-bedroomed luxurious and welcoming apartment, with views towards the sea from the master bedroom and kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a luxurious Hypnos kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a superking. There’s also space for a cot.
The open-plan living room has a 43” Samsung Smart TV and comfy sofas for cosy evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen is a joy to cook in – and there are both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Demelza has been designed with accessibility in mind, including for guests with wheelchairs (M2 accessibility – please contact us to discuss your requirements). The bathroom has features including grab rails around the toilet and shower. Relax in the bath while the Bluetooth speaker streams your favourite tunes.
And it gets even better – you can bring your best friend on holiday. Demelza is dog-friendly accommodation, and your pet can use the touring park’s exercise field and outdoor dog shower.
